UBA Member Portal: Your Gateway to Membership Resources

The UBA Member Portal is a central hub designed to streamline access to the resources and services that members of the United Business Association rely on. Resource Library

The UBA Member Portal includes a robust resource library of all your membership materials and plans. The key resources are:

  • Membership Details: View all enrolled membership plans as well as plan cost you will be paying each month on the Member Portal.
  • Signed PDF Enrollment Documents: Access and download the signed PDF versions of enrollment application(s) for your records.
  • View Certificates of Insurance: If applicable, members can retrieve their insurance certificates, which detail their coverage and benefits.
  • Digital ID Cards: A digital version of the ID card(s) are available for immediate use before the physical card arrives. Benefit Boost Subscription plans and the VSP Individual Vision Plan only offer a Digital ID card only.
  • Utilized Membership Guides: Comprehensive guides with links to access membership benefits and instructions on how to use the benefits are available on the Member Portal. These guides help members to understand and maximize their benefits.
  • How to Use Services Section: A comprehensive section guiding you on how to fully utilize the services available along with descriptions of the coverage and benefits available in enrolled membership plans.
  • General Inquiries Email: Through the Member Portal, you have access to targeted and general email inquiries, vitamin orders (if applicable) and more.

How to Access the Member Portal

  • Member Portal Link: Access the Member Portal at members.ubaapplication.com.
  • How to Register: On the Member Login page, select REGISTER HERE. You will need to use the Member ID # of your ID card, your welcome letter, or your welcome email. Enter your last name and date of birth and then you will get an email to confirm your identity and create your password. The information used for registering should always be the Primary Member's information.
  • How to Login: Type in your email address and the password you created.
