Information you give us: When you place an order, the order information passed through the site is delivered immediately to our local secure server and is not stored on the web. We do not share the information except to the providers of the benefits to activate your membership. We hold your information in the highest regards and protect it as such. The benefit providers require the information collected on the GAP applications and the information will only be given to the Membership Services Office to administer the benefits along with the carriers for the Accident and Critical Illness benefits. Benefit providers will verify your identity when you are accessing the benefit with the Benefit administrator to make sure you are a current member.
Updating Your Information: Any information that needs to be updated, like address, payment information, email, phone numbers or adding family members can be done via phone at 866-438-4274. (You can also update your payment information by going to our Member page and download the forms.)
Email Communications: We periodically will send a Member Newsletter to all current association members to inform them of changes with the plan or benefits or to help them find ways to use the benefiits. We have an opt-out to receiving these emails by clicking on the bottom of the email newsletter. To make sure that your newsletter does not go into SPAM folder or to ensure that it gets delivered, please add info@gapplusplan.com to your whitelist. We only send out the newsletter once a quarter or less unless there is a special notice.

This plan was designed to coordinate with a major medical high deductible plan. The Accident and Critical Illness benefits are not available in the GAP Basic PlanSM.
